Appointments
To gain the most enjoyment from your treatments please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Circumstances beyond your control may cause you to arrive late but please understand that if you arrive late your treatment will be reduced accordingly
Cancellations
as a courtesy to other clients and your therapist we require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your booking. If you fail to arrive or do not provide any notice that you need to reschedule your booking, we reserve the right to charge you for the booking and or void any gift voucher associated with the booking.

Mobile phones
We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phone before arriving, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others.
Memberships
Members are entitled to a 10% discount on all treatments.

Beauty at the bay is open Tuesday – Saturday.

We accept cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards (accept Dinner’s club).
